What is your return policy for underwater camera gear?
We offer a 15-day return policy for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. Please note that once a housing or strobe has been submerged in water, it cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed manufacturer defect.

How can I ensure my underwater housing is watertight before a dive?
We highly recommend using a vacuum leak detection system, which many of our housings support. Before your first dive, perform a 'dry' dunk in a rinse tank without the camera inside to verify all O-rings are seated and sealing correctly.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All new equipment sold by Reef Photo & Video includes a full manufacturer's warranty. The duration and specific terms vary by brand, typically ranging from one to two years for electronics and housings.
