At Reef Photo & Video, we want you to be completely satisfied with your underwater imaging gear. If your equipment doesn't meet your needs, you can return most items within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.

• 2.
  Pack Your Equipment

  Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, blank warranty cards, and accessories in 'like-new' condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the RMA number clearly on the shipping label and send the insured package to our Fort Lauderdale headquarters via a traceable carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition, we will process your refund or store credit, typically within 3-5 business days.
