Coiled sync cord with an Ikelite-style plug on the housing end and Nikonos SB-style plug on the strobe end. The Ikelite-style plug is widely recognized as the most reliable waterproof strobe sync connection available. Built-in strain reliefs reduce stress on cord ends.

This cordĀ is a direct replacement for the prior version # 4118.2. The IkeliteĀ plugĀ now features hard anodized aluminum fittings. Overall the cord is significantly lighter while maintaining the same durability as theĀ original nickel plated brass product.
Compatibility
SEA&SEA and INONĀ strobes are unable to power the TTL circuitry in our housings. Thus, these strobes will operate in Manual exposure settings only. TTL communication through Ikelite housings is not supported byĀ SEA&SEA or INON strobes.
This cord requires the attachment of two strobes for waterproof operation. To shoot with only one strobe, use single sync cord # ike.45281 instead.
